Tutors put relationships first

Students meet with the same tutors via live audio/video for all sessions, building trust and rapport along the way.

Becoming a Littera tutor is a highly rigorous process—only 8% of applicants are accepted. 99% have a 4-year degree and all pass a 4-part background-check.

Data & reporting show tutoring's impact

Districts are required to both monitor progress on an ongoing basis, and provide annual data through MIDataHub.

Littera dashboards meet reporting requirements by providing:

  • Children and schools receiving tutoring
  • # of children and schools served
  • Dosage of tutoring, including frequency and minutes per week
  • % of tutoring occurring on days possible
  • Total # of assessments and intervention checks completed and range and mean of fidelity
  • And much more

We manage your tutoring program (so you don't have to)

More than 40% of school districts lack the staff and time to provide students with high-impact tutoring, despite it being the most effective intervention. That's why districts partner with Littera:

We fully manage your tutoring program (scheduling, subs, embedding lessons, and more).

You rest easy knowing every student is getting help.

Now tutoring in Michigan

Littera is already partnered with several districts in Michigan!

“We thought about doing the tutoring ourselves, but it’s too overwhelming to think about organizing it all.

I'm really happy we have Littera tutors to provide each student with the exact help they need.
