Tutors put relationships first

Students meet with the same tutors via live audio/video for all sessions, building trust and rapport along the way.

Becoming a Littera tutor is a highly rigorous process—only 8% of applicants are accepted. 99% have a 4-year degree and all pass a 4-part background-check.

Data & reporting show tutoring's impact

Districts are required to both monitor progress on an ongoing basis, and provide a Final Activity Report.

Littera dashboards meet reporting requirements by providing:

  • # of students enrolled
  • Attendance for each student and tutor, by program site
  • Hours of programming each student received
  • Program schedule per site (# days/week tutoring was provided, per subject)
  • Student academic outcomes, per site/grade/subject or impact*
  • Records of assessments administered as part of the tutoring program*
  • Summary of program progress notes by tutors
*Depends on assessments chosen
